CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?
Yes! We accept returns for any reason within 30 days of your order. Just send us an email with your order number and we’ll send you a return label.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once you submit your order online or over the phone, we will issue you an order number. Use your order number and billing postal code to use our online order tracking.
CHANGE OR CANCEL ORDER
Once the order is submitted, we begin processing it immediately to get the items shipped you as quickly as possible. Changes and cancellations cannot be made to an order once submitted.
USE A GIFTCARD
You will be prompted to enter your 16 digit card number and your pin number at Checkout under the Billing Address & Secure Payment section. You may use up to two gift cards online.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Edible Chef accepts all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We DO NOT accept Cash, C.O.D. orders, or any card not mentioned above.
ORDER HISTORY
In order to track your order history, you will need an Edible Chef online account. All orders placed with this login will be visible. You can create or login to your account here!
